Tip of the Month: Meditate
Meditation is a great way to unplug.
I find that it calms the mind and body, giving me a chance to spend time with my thoughts and ideas to achieve mindfulness and bring me to a peaceful place.
I use meditation to disconnect from an often crazy world that's full of hustle, bustle and over-stimulation, particularly through the constant buzz of social media, texting and information overload.
Meditation helps me to connect with my heart and soul, and hear messages from my true self and higher power. It gives a sense of healing and light to my mind and body.
